About This Project

This design was driven by the need to maximize the property, creating distinct spaces for entertainment while prioritizing play areas for the client’s four active children, who love soccer and basketball. We seamlessly integrated a new courtyard for a cottage at the rear of the property, blending it harmoniously with the larger landscape.

The project features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with wraparound seating and a custom stone table, perfect for family meals and gatherings. Cozy daybeds encircle a fire table, creating inviting spaces for relaxation and conversation. For evening activities, LED lighting illuminates the landscape, and a mini basketball court provides a dedicated area for the whole family to enjoy active play. This design strikes a perfect balance between functionality and family-friendly outdoor living.
